Terms of service

All clients must complete the questionnaire and provide any required feedback or revision requests within 6 months from the date of purchase. This timeframe ensures there is sufficient time to complete the work and deliver the final map.

If the questionnaire is not submitted, or if required feedback or revisions are not returned within this 6-month period, the service will be considered expired and the purchase will be forfeited without refund.

By purchasing a map, the client agrees to complete all required steps within this timeframe so the work can be finalized accordingly.
