Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of the maps, all purchases are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

A refund may be granted only if the intake questionnaire has not yet been completed or submitted. Once the questionnaire has been submitted and the work process has begun, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
